Gained 200g, question is where did I go wrong. Analysing my food intake and activity all I can is my metabolism maybe slowing down as I gain weight 99% of the time I do not have white or green tea. Going out for dinner tonight and I have now regarded today as a cheat day as restauraannt is serving ribs. Will try hit gym after that if I can.

Could some of that be a combination of fat loss yet with some muscle gain? 🤔 maybe? Too much cortisol? Or not enough sleep 😕

Suggestion- buy “Matcha” tea, it’s very high in antioxidants, it’s got a lot more than green tea- 137 times more!!! 😃👍
