It took a little bit more time ⌚ for me to reach this weight . In the past week i had two bad days 😐 on diet point of view. Now i am happy 😊 that i could reach the settled goal 🥅.
164.2 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
