I’ve been hiding from FS because I know I’m making bad choices which is counterproductive. So I’m back, hoping to lose at least the 2lbs I’ve put back on by the end of this month as I have a wedding to attend. Small goals for now ☺️
136.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
