I made it.. I haven't thought about my diet, but I've just been eating what I should. After so long I just went on auto pilot. Either way I'm still sticking with the diet and exercise...
159.2 lb Lost so far: 20.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
