Always as it goes with me. Large loss then back up part way for days.

Met Dawn

Met Dawn- teaches yoga T & R 8:45AM to 9:45AM AT CBC1 UNTIL END OF APRIL.
DAUGHTER (worked at Georgetown hospital) & 3 grandkids in Bethesda.

199.0 lb Lost so far: 48.8 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
