it's been a long journey still getting used to the new changes n my life with my 2nd son . since Jan I've gained 3.5 kg . back on track this week and only 2.5 kg from my late December weight .

keep an eye out on my development . I'm back baby
207.9 lb Lost so far: 59.5 lb.    Still to go: 53.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
