I am feeling much better and hunger under control. I dont know about cravings though. I adore fruit and all our summer fruits are out now -apricots, nectarines, mangos, bananas, grapes, melons etc etc. *Drool. Have been great ignoring even icecream but today ate - no -savoured -two small grapes! Yes they were sooo sweet! Wonderful. Have been 100% no cheating so holding my breath that I am still purple. Fingers crossed. But you know? They were the best grapes I ever ate!!! LOL
