Feeling pretty good about being solid at 163'ish. I bounce around so much I don't trust it right away.

Good day. I use a lot of butter and cream in order to get enough fat. I need veggie's to keep myself happy. Staying right in there with my macros. Keeping the protein moderate while getting enough fat is not easy for me. But I am in the process of running a spread sheet to see how certain foods affect my weight and how I feel.

I appreciate so much the generosity in folks posts and comments. Love reading them. Thank you for the support. 💕
163.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
