After seeing the scales stagnant for a few weeks I actually can’t believe this. It’s a small loss but a huge victory! I’m sure I’ll fluctuate up a little but I’m recording this as it’s the lowest weight I’ve seen in such a long time and it’s the motivation I need for a healthy weekend!
134.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
