WOW finnaly another lb. I was hoping to reach my goal bu the end of july but I dont think that will happen . I am such a slow loser!!!! BUT Ill make my goal some day.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
