NO GUMMIES! Looking at labels, they are 2, 3, 4, 5 carbs each. That would be over 10 grams a day for what I wanted to take. Dang, I wanted them for my snacks. Nuttin free. Guess I'll go back to my turkey roll. Still under my 20 grams a day.
