Having to be on soft foods is helping my weight loss come easier. Is 1200 calories ok? I have been fine with it, having plenty of energy. My jaw still hurts. I'm calling my dentist today; not sure if I should go back to more solid food this weekend. I do miss salads, and sandwiches with lots of veggies. Tonight I'm making Crustless Spinach Pie; should be yummy.
