Sipping a soy latte I made for myself here at home and just took the granola out of the oven. I've never made my own latte or granola. I love trying new foods, and now that I have a new cookbook, "1,000 Vegan Recipes", I'm making a point of trying several new dishes, drinks, or desserts every week. Food shouldn't be boring.
132.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 2.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
