I am back on my starting weight. I lost one pound each day this week. Let's see if it stos now or if it will keep dropping. To ensure losing more weight i will start a few challenges very soon to make small changes that will have a huge impact on my fitness.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.7 lb a week
