saya tuh gak bisa diet gak makan nasi. yg ada saya klepek2... cuma sekarang porsinya aja dikurangi sama dikurangi yg berminyak2. alhamdulillah dari tgl 5 januari dah turun 3 kilo...😀
semangat ke angka 50 kg.
154.3 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
