Day 4 Reinduction: I made it to the 120s in less time than last time around! I bought my L-glutamine today for when TOM comes next week. Im going to start taking it tomorrow until mid TOM. For my binge-tendancies if the L-glutamine doesnt work: 1st: Macedamia Nuts as atkins recommends 2nd: Atkins bars..if I binge on those, Ill get sick..so then Ill be too sick to binge! Im a little more relaxed this time around than others might be. Its keeping me happy. I dont cringe if I have spaghetti sauce with sugar..as long as the carbs/meal doesnt go too much above 4-5. As long as Im losing, Ill keep it like this. Oh yeah, and the bars are a HUGE step for me! I never thought Id purchase those expensive things! I had one yesterday just to make sure it was binge-food worthy. Tasty LITTLE treat. I emphasize the word "Little." But, I was not hungry for 4 hours after! Im going to keep them just for emergencies I think..they may be a bad habit to make daily.
