Day 3 induction: I said bye-bye to my glycogen stores overnight. 2.5 pounds later. Im doing better this time around than 3 weeks ago, pound-wise. I almost vomitted this morning..I am now taking 4 supplements..and ingested all but the omega3/6 on an empty stomach. Im finally taking a multivite, CLA, ALA, L-Carnitine, and when Im able to stomach it, the omega3/6. I also bought my first pounch of flax seeds..though I have no idea what to do with them! Im not going to bother documenting my food intake; I did that last time around and never came too close to 20 net carbs...I know what to eat. After all, Im an induction junkie. Im not proud of it!
