well I'm sad to say.. I did snack last night.... ate few sweet yellow peppers!!! On the other hand I am Proud of my self.. I didn't eat any Junk Food!!!! Thank you all for your Advice, Each one was vaulable to me.. Again Thank You All!!!!!
194.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

YAY for not going for junk food! Especially when those chips are calling!!! That's a biggie :) If I snack (which I don't usually need/want to cuz of being so satiated with all my lovely fatty food), I go for something fatty such as some cream cheese rolled up in a bit of bacon.
