Stayed at 150.9 , only ate half a bag of Royal Hawaiian macadamia nuts ..😂also found this amazing nut butter its very creamy has more carbs but had about 4 huge tablespoons it's so amazing ,I'm experimenting with nuts 😂but I still had other low carb regular stuff too I could live on this nut butter also put some Lily's chocolate chips on top yum
