So I finally reset my password! I have been using another account on my phone but now since I've reset my password, I can get back to this account with my friends.

I restarted Atkins the week following Christmas but I have been doing it slightly different...on the advice and scientific facts/studies from the 1930's and 2000's, I was told to increase my protein while not trying to consume as much fat. My weight loss is the slowest that it's ever been. So here I am, doing what I know what works.

Yesterday I used as a cheat day and ate Little Cesars pizza with my family and had some candy. Today i'm back on the wagon in full force. Here's to my high fat, moderate protein and low carb way of eating. It's great to be back!
180.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
