Eh, not too bad for everything I did over the last few weeks.
282.0 lb Lost so far: 58.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm definitely back in the mode. Ate my usual 585 calorie lunch, burned a few calories after lunch, and have had 60 oz of water thus far today.
