blood sugar was 120 this morning. skipped breakfast since I woke up late. Been busy Tanning my Deer Hide, yep got me a Doe Sat late afternoon!! Super Excited bout it to!! Any ways had Ham cheese sandwich for lunch. To night for Dinner will be Grilled steak burgers and Mac n Cheese. Posting this now cause I won't have time later.
196.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
