Down a pound. I do need to stabilise. This is a big fluctuation down, and I really don't need to keep losing. 11 stone 3 pounds is the lowest I've been in three decades, and while part of me is happy that I'm lighter than ever, part of me is saying that I really do need to stay level now.

Maybe you need to up your calories a bit. Looking at your diet calendar, you seem to have a light lunch and no snacks. I know you won't want to eat crap, as you have educated yourself onto healthy foods. Have you thought about adding a handful of nuts and/or dried fruit - this will give you protein and they have quite a few calories, without being too filling. They are convenient to, for when you are lecturing. Either that or include a protein shake into your diet. Hope that helps.... I do think your body will find it's level :-)
