Busy doing the boiled egg diet and loving it! I’ve lost 2kgs in three days and am feeling so great. It is tough but it feels healthy and my energy isn’t too low.
Basically you eat like this:
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and a grapefruit.
Lunch: chicken salad
Dinner: steamed veggies and fish or chicken.

It changes daily but that’s the basis for the diet and it’s a two week long period. I’m really enjoying feeling strong and like my will power is up.
161.2 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
