I had a significant bowel movement (much needed) and quite a bit of diarrhea. I had also had been awake for about 32 hours and very little to eat. Will eat well today :)
136.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
