Today was another good day, I ate bacon, Pork sausage, and eggs for breakfast. Lunch was low carb chicken salad with pepper jack cheese. Snack for today was low carb peanut butter cookies with flaxseed, that I came home and fixed, 1 egg, 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter, 1 tbsp of peanut butter protein powder, 1 tbsp of Splenda, 1 tbsp of flaxseed, that made 4 cookies, and I walked for 50 minutes today, and making sure that I drink more water.
