I feel ok with this slight weight gain considering the pressure of the Thanksgiving holiday. Now to get back on track before Christmas hits. I plan on riding the stationary today to work on cardio.
226.6 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
