MJ's mom's Journal, 28 January 2008

Well my weight loss has been really steady and ahead of the plan so I should be at my goal weight maybe by March! Pretty excited about that now. I only have 14lbs more pounds to lose! I worry I might be losing to fast though. My 8 month old hasn't been intrested in nursing as much as she used to and Im afraid maybe the diet might be compromising my milk????
Anyways.... I joined Tai Chi once a week now for an hour. Im not so much doing it as exercise but just to help get me out of the house. My boyfriend and I might join our gym in town here together. He's in good shape but since he changed jobs last year he feels he could use some toning.
And its my birthday tommorow! So maybe my weight loss might slow down because tonight my moms making me a bday supper and maybe a bday cake tommorow. Yummy. I kinda hope someone makes me a cake so I can feel guilt free about indulging on it :)
144.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 144.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
