Well.. Ive been doing the abs diet for 2 weeks now... I got on the scale.. and.. at first I thought I didnt lose anything.. (first thing this morning.. I was confused) anyways.. I read it again.. and duh.. I lost 5pounds!!!! I lost the weight of a 5pin bowling ball LOL. WHOOP WHOOP!!!!!!
AND lastnight I came 2nd at my bowling tryouts... the first place person had like 1470 and I had 1296, soooo I was far behind.. the other people that were behind me were pretty close.. my two last games sucked!!!! I was so tired.. and I havent bowled in like a year!!! I went and practiced the other day but other than that.. I havent bowled in a long time. But all is good. :D
265.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.2 lb a week
