I wonder why I lose weight in this kind of way? I think I've been seeing a pattern. For the most part it holds pretty steady for about a month or two, and then everything kind of drops off in a whoosh over the course of a week or two, and then it repeats.
My day to day diet doesn't change very much, I've pretty much got it down to a science here. It's why I don't really log very much anymore, I log to figure out what I'm making if I'm trying a new recipe and then I just use the ever-loving hell out of the recipe until I'm sick of it.
I've been writing the calorie count for each serving on the containers that I store my food in, and for the most part I'm doing o m a d. just because it's super easy and I never really was one for getting hungry often. ...Aside from that occasional day where I need to eat everything that exists, but thankfully that doesn't happen very often.
:D I have learned my measurements! It was why I came here. Reasonable portion sizes and so. I still use my scale whenever I'm trying anything new or doing my prep. I do a lot of prep. I still preportion a lot of stuff so that I don't have to worry about it later. I think it is serving me well. 🌸
