Hi Just quick journal, all in all I stayed on plan, my weight tonight I suppose could be described as a cheat, but not a ment cheat. Back on Weight Challenge, so next 12 weeks until 22 June I'm going to be true to me, write everything down honestly, and aim for at least 24 lb.I'll stay on my plan and really get a grip on my weight loss. I've eaten so healthy and had no Easter Eggs, first time ever in 50 yrs,
