Leezonian's Journal, 13 November 2017

Tuesday morning I weighed myself and was 163.8 pounds. Went down .2 of a pound each day to where Saturday I was 163.0 pounds. Thought I would still go down but Sunday went back to 163.2 pounds and today was the same. Still drinking vinegar for breakfast and lunch. I did great on diet even though it doesn’t show it much. Good luck this week. Thursday I travel to Mississippi stay the night and either Friday or Saturday I will be home in Clermont. Sunday is our group weigh in to see who buys dinner, Team Gauls or Team Morreale’s. 🍀
163.2 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
