arrgh 1 lb in 11 days.. ahh well better than nothing. Besides that I only cut out dairy 3 days ago.. so we will see if it picks up. Whether the scale wants to admit it or not *bastard* I can feel I am losing weight, I feel better and my clothes are muuch looser.
244.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Have you been tracking your measurements? I believe that the scale doesn't always tell the whole story so start measuring yourself. It can make you feel good to see that you are actually getting smaller, even if the scale doesn't show a loss.

yes, this is true. I really need to start taking my measurements. Besides that if I total my loss on a whole, I have been doing induction for 1 month now and have lost a total of 16lbs.. So that is pretty exciting.

Well, that is the big picture that you have lost so much. AND that you aren't gaining it back, but are, in fact, still losing. That is something to be happy about.
