not proud of this weigh in. business and life can knocking at my door extra angry and the last few days have not been productive. weight loss do to stress. ugh. I apologize for letting you all down.
237.6 lb Lost so far: 34.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
