This weeks been different for me . Weighed in at 97.1 kg on Sunday morning went out with my wife for her birthday Gained 600 grams the next morning and took me most the week to work it off .

Now at 96.6kg 5 days later . A loss of 500 grams this week . Total loss of 24.7kg .
213.0 lb Lost so far: 54.5 lb.    Still to go: 58.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
