On Wednesday I started taking one tablespoon of vinegar before breakfast lunch and dinner. On Wednesday, I weighed the same as I did that Monday, 168.8 pounds. Thursday I weighed 167.6 pounds. Friday weighed 166.8. Both Saturday and Sunday I weighed 166.6 pounds. I did not cheat or do anything wrong. This is so frustrating fluctuating like I am doing. UH😨☹️😥😬. Hope this next week is a better week
