PR nya 5kg lg... 2 minggu pertama penurunan 2kg, minggu ke tiga 1kg. Ini minggu ke 4 cm 0.8kg. Tidak apa2 laah slow but sure. Smoga ba cepet turun lg.
121.3 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
