Still 338lbs!! That's great considering this past weekend!!
Tonight I'll participate in my 1st regular Crossfit Class!! completed the Foundation training last Thursday! Woo Hoo!!!!
The challenges will be more difficult now, but it's worth all of the sweat and pain!!
First large group workout tonight! The main exercise of the evening was dead lifts. Have to work on my form at the bottom of the lift. The finishing exercise was jumping rope. 30sec on, 30 sec off, for 10 rounds!
I can jump rope, but this became a killer workout, for me!!
On to tomorrow!!!
