Down a pound! I'm surprised after this weekend, I went a little overboard. Friday I had a day off, so we tried Panera for the first time, and it was good, but I ate too much. On Saturday, my hubby had me so upset and I was turning to food to comfort myself and I know I shouldn't have, but I just had one of those days. I did do my workout though in the afternoon, and I really needed it, so that was a plus. Yesterday was my recovery day and my eating wasn't too bad, except for the donuts my kids and I had for breakfast. I'm vowing to myself to eat better this week. I got rid of a couple of things that were too tempting for me to have in the house, so at least I won't have that to worry about this week. The working out is not hard for me to do, it's the eating right, but I just need to stick with it, so that next weekend, I'm not such a mess.
