On October 17th, I weighed 169.8 pounds. From that date until today, I weighed from 169.8 down to 169.0 and back up. Yesterday morning I drank 2 caps of apple cider vinegar. This next week, I’m going to drink cider vinegar before my first cup of coffee and vitamins and see how I fair losing weight.
