Rough few days. Fatigue and 😵. Suspect low BP. Prolly will need to lower BP meds. Fitness increases, Lower weight and normalizing TH Levels. Oy.
Need to find and use my BP cuff & glucose meter. Get DATA!! And Keep on swimming
