GOOD to see some downward movement this morning after some slight back and forth over the last 2 weeks!! Getting there, slowly but what matters is that I ARRIVE where I am going not how long the journey was :)
138.4 lb Lost so far: 71.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
