well I'm doing well so far I went from 234 lbs to 170lbs in 10 months healthy is the way to go never my family will eat unhealthy again no meat only 1 or 2 times a week mostly fish and veggies I have a moto if the person next to you can do it so can you but if the person next to you dose not do it prove you can so they will get on the same page as you love life love what God hands you the good bad and ugly
