Good job on dieting even going out to dinner on Friday only to lose one pound. Saturday niki had friends over for dinner and I ate around 8:30 which caused me to gain a pound. So probably would have lost more weight. Good luck this next week
170.8 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
