I've hit a plateau. Already gluten free and whey free. Changes to be made: no more corn syrup, maybe increase calorie count, no more hydrogenated fats, less than 4 grams fat and sugar. exercise: 30 mins walk or bike; 30 minutes weight lifting; learn yoga.
