Not weighing until Tuesday.So until then my weight is the same so I won't know whats working until then.I'm still into all my challenges
wouldn't give anything up.Experimenting with fitday on recording food.
I'm not sure which is more accurate or easier. I guess matter of choice
and ease
210.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
