Would have been nice if my boss said hello or how are you yesterday Supposed to have a return to work interview yesterday.. 17 mins before i was due to finish, she asked if we could do it next week! Oh well, I suppose being ignored is better than being told off for my sickness absence and my colleagues were all pleased to see me!🤔 4 colleagues at work commented on my weight loss yesterday 😁😁
Getting back in the routine of avoiding the office carb fest.. so drinking more tea ( with cream) to stave off carb cravings.. need to cut down on my fat now if I'm gonna get anywhere near my targets by 4th Nov.
Plan Cut down on tea ( and hence cream) An extended fast on weekdays now that I'm back at work Lots of housework today ( pain permitting).. stay as active as I can on my day off! #feeling motivated Have a FEELGOOD FRIDAY FS friends, even if it is Friday the 13th😉😉
