I think we're back in business.

It certainly looks like the cause of the 20 day "pause" in losing may be that I've been using all my available gym time on using the cross-trainer/stepper/bike--neglecting to keep up the level of weight training. Hope so.

Ate a Ghirardelli Intense Dark Sea Salt 𝑆𝑜𝑖𝑟𝑒𝑒®, so I'd better be right.
375.8 lb Lost so far: 79.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@ceciofal .. yes, weight training helps .. plus you look and feel better You can find articles on-line explaining why more muscle burns fat (even if the scale says that you have gained weight .. if it is muscle rather than fat, the fat will go down faster and so will the scale)
