Went camping for the weekend and found that it was more difficult to strictly follow my diet. A visit to the restaurant/bar to watch the first half of the Penn State game was the most difficult. Not much diet food there.
234.0 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
