Finally under 100kgs . Lost 21.5kgs now .

My next goal is under 90kg . Let’s do this ! I’m getting excited over this journey
220.0 lb Lost so far: 47.4 lb.    Still to go: 65.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I feel awesome ! been many years since I've been under 100 kg so I'm feeling great but can't forget I still got a while to go until I hit where I wanna be in the end run

You will get there. Most of the battle is knowing what to do for your own life change. You know that now. Its great to feel so good isn't it. 😊
